As this is going to be my home on the internet and where I’m
going to air my thoughts about business continuity, I’d better introduce
myself.
I’m a soft toy dog called Spof. Apart from all the usual
things that soft toy dogs are interested in, I’m also very interested in
business continuity. I think that if a kapok-headed dog like me can understand
it, then almost anyone should be able to.
I’ll watch the news or read an article and something about the
business continuity elements will strike me and I’ll write something about it.
Hopefully this might be interesting and possibly useful.
I’m named after a key concept in business continuity, the single point of failure. As there’s only the one of me, I’m effectively a spof, hence the name. No dog, no blog.
